Maintaining Your Garden
- A new lawn requires care and attention and should not be heavily used until the grass has matured. Grass, shrubs and other plantings may take several months to become fully established.
- It is essential to maintain your back garden regularly and to be considerate of your neighbours. Please keep bushes and trees trimmed to ensure that adequate natural light continues to reach both your property and adjacent gardens.
- As part of the overall garden design, Glenveagh does not carry out garden levelling. A one-foot fall is permitted on each side in accordance with specifications.
- Be aware that heavy rainfall may impact the condition of a newly planted garden.
- For detailed information on how to maintain your garden, please refer to your Homeowner Guide.
