    • Clean the filters every 9 to 12 months, using a dry cloth.
    • If you need to replace filters, contact the kitchen contractor directly. Please refer to your homeowner guide.
    • Always turn on the extractor fan 5 minutes before cooking and leave it on for 5-10 minutes after cooking.
    • Keep the lids on pots when cooking to minimise steam.
    • Wipe induction hobs dry after use.
    • Clean grills and ovens regularly, as grease build-up can affect how the extractor fan works.
    • Make sure any hob you choose is compatible with the extractor fan Glenveagh has supplied.
    • If you decide to use gas for cooking, you need to install a different fan.
    • Please bear in mind that installing a gas cooker will void your warranty, so if any extraction issues occur, Glenveagh will not be liable.
