Glenveagh homes are completed to the highest standards of quality. To uphold these standards and ensure timely delivery, all kitchens are meticulously constructed in accordance with the original design plans, without exceptions. Once closing is completed, you can of course make alterations to your kitchen. Remember that any customisations you make to your kitchen can only be done after the sale is completed.
Can the attic in my home be converted?
Depending on the type of home, it may be possible in some cases to carry out an attic conversion. In a timber framed home, if you remove any of the wooden tresses, you might affect the strength of the roof; changes to the structure of your home will affect your Home Bond. If you consider converting the attic, you need to engage a structural engineer for advice and/or a report on the proposed work. You then need to contact Home Bond and have your home re-assessed.
